Rush Hour Java Game

Once again, we are on the edge of an absolute disaster. The traffic lights aren't working, rush hour is upon us and people seem to have no intention of not driving their cars. We're fixing the lights as we speak, but that might take a while. So, wouldn't you mind handling some of the intersections yourself, by hand? Like… all of them?
